CORPORATION JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br />LARSON CONSTRUCTION, INC. organized and existing under the laws of <br />Nebraska GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other <br />valuable consideration received from Grantee, DAVID L. DUKE AND TAbt4Y J. <br />DUKE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common <br />conveys to GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Neb. Rev.
