<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated September 27, 1999, executed by Trevor J Petzoldt, a Single Person, as U
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which d
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on October 6, 1999,
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 0099109802 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />Fractional Lot Two (2), in Fractional Block Three (3), Bonnie Brae Addition and its complement Fractional
<br />Lot Two (2), in Fractional Block Twenty -one (21), Wallich's Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 29th day of July, 2003.

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
