<br />The undersigned, Mettenbrink Farms, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, hereinafter called
<br />the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (NWl /4, SW 1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten
<br />(10) West of the 6th p.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Soya ±bwPst Quarter (N «'? / ^, SW1/4); thence rurnirg easterly along
<br />the north line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(NW 1 /4, S W 1 /4), on an Assumed Bearing of S89 °36'27 "E, a distance
<br />of Six Hundred Seventy Six and Eighty Seven Hundredths (676.87)
<br />feet, to a point on a curve; thence running southwesterly along the arc
<br />of a curve to the left whose radius is One Thousand Four Hundred
<br />Fifty One (1451.0) feet, the long chord of which bears S44 °48'37 "W,
<br />a long chord distance of Nine Hundred Thirteen and Forty Five
<br />Hundredths (913.45) feet; thence running N89 °37'45 "W, a distance of
