200309354 <br />D. <br />Either <br />parent <br />may make emergency decisions <br />affecting the <br />health or <br />safety <br />of the <br />child while the child is in <br />the physical <br />custody of each parent. <br />E. Each party is awarded all the personal property and <br />personal effects and belongings now presently in their possession. <br />F. The residence of the parties located at 218 West Phoenix, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: <br />Lot One (1), Block One (1), H. Bremer's Subdivision to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is quieted in the Petitioner, <br />subject to any encumbrances thereon and the Petitioner shall hold <br />the Respondent harmless from any indebtedness. <br />G. The Petitioner is awarded the 1989 Chevrolet S -10 Pickup, <br />Serial No. 16CBS14E6K2155402 and the 1993 Chevrolet Chevelle, <br />Serial No. 1G1JC1441P7148733, and the Respondent is awarded the <br />1984 Ford Tempo, Serial No. 1FABP19R3EK150973. <br />H. The Petitioner is awarded all funds in his 401K at his <br />place of employment. <br />I. The Petition is to pay the debt to Five Points Bank. <br />J. The Petitioner is to pay costs and his own attorney fees. <br />K.
