The Petitioner is present in court and <br />represented by his attorney, John A. Wolf. The Respondent was not <br />present but was properly served with Summons and is in default for <br />failure to answer or otherwise plead. The Petitioner produces <br />evidence and rests. Whereupon, the matter is argued and submitted <br />to the Court and the Court, being duly advised in the premises, <br />finds as follows: <br />1. That both parties are now and have been for more than one <br />(1) year prior to the commencement of this action domiciled in and <br />residents of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. That the Court has jurisdiction of both parties and the <br />subject matter of this action. <br />3. That neither party is a member of the armed forces of the <br />United States or its allies. <br />4. That more than sixty (60) days have elapsed since the <br />perfection of service of process herein. <br />5.
