Ty <br />N <br />CD <br />(! <br />o <br />1 <br />f <br />c..a <br />o <br />200309340 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 2, 2002 executed by Kathleen L Shonsey and Matthew <br />Shonsey, wife and husband, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200211523, on the 24th day of October, 2002, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />LOT TWO (2), IN KENMARE SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such <br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 29th day of July, 2003. <br />�''��jl►�TSg'� <br />•e <br />G7 <br />M'WN- -� V 4 <br />I.A. <br />ci <br />c <br />n C; <br />o--4 <br />OfD <br />et <br />c.
