<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Chris L. McKeon, a single person

<br />Trustee for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank
<br />, the Beneficiary named therein datedApril 11, 2001 and December 16, 2002
<br />and recorded April 17, 2001 and December 20, 2002 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, NE
<br />Book Doc #200103320 and #200214302 of the Trust Deed Records of said '
<br />said County has been paid, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary and named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
