WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated July 3. 2003, executed by Mark J Allen, a Single Person, <br />as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, <br />which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200308582 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on the 7th day of July, 2003. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled <br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit: <br />LOT SEVENTY (70) IN HAGGES' SUBDIVSION OF A PART OF THE NE1 /4 <br />NW1 /4 AND A PART OF THE NW1 /4 NE1 /4 ALL IN SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 11 <br />NORTH, RANGE 9, WEST OF THE 6T" P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />SUBJECT TO AND WITH THE BENEFIT OF THE RESTRICTIONS CONTAINED IN <br />THE DEED OF GEORGE B.
