<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lots Eleven (11), Thirteen (13) and Fifteen
<br />(15), Block One (1), College Addition To West Lawn, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract containing 0.475 acres more or

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that GALE L. HILL and SANDRA M. HILL,
<br />husband and wife, being the owners of the land described hereon have caused
<br />same to be surveyed, subdivided, platted and designated as 'HILL SUBDIVISION, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as shown on the accompanying plot thereof,
<br />and do hereby dedicate the easements, if any, as shown thereon for the location,
