Galvan, Husband and Wife <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />. /C�41-101=14M <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />THE NORTH 366.8 FEET OF LOTS 12 AND 13 OF GEER SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 6 -7 -8 <br />OF GARRETT'S SUBDIVISION, TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING <br />AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12, THENCE SOUTHERLY ON THE <br />EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 12 A DISTANCE OF 366.8 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF <br />20m STREET; THENCE WESTERLY ON THE NORTH LINE OF 20' STREET A <br />DISTANCE OF 132 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE <br />NOTHERLY ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 13, A DISTANCE OF 366.8 FEET TO <br />THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE EASTERLY ON THE NORTH <br />LINE OF SAID LOTS 12 AND 13 A DISTANCE OF 132 FEET TO THE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated March 9, 1998, and filed for record on March 12, 1998, in <br />the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />as Instrument Number #98- 102234 and an Extension Agreement was dated May 2, 2001, and filed <br />for record on May 7, 2001, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA as Instrument Number 0200104157; <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of April 1, 2001, which <br />was extended to April 1, 2006. <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above- described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby extended to July 1, 2008. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described <br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br />
