<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by William P
<br />Ziller and Julann K Ziller, husband and wife, Trustor, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated 2/6/03, and recorded 2/7/03,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument #0200301540 has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
<br />Lot Eight (8), in Block Six (6), Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. Together with one -half of vacated Monroe Street lying easterly of and
<br />adjacent thereto vacated by Ordinance No. 580 filed September 16, 1975 in Book 29, Page 391
<br />and all that part of vacated alley thereto vacated by Ordinance No. 5070 filed November 8, 1971,
<br />in Book 22, Page 306.
<br />TOEGTHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.
