<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated November 20, 1992, executed by Roger Clark & Barbara A. Clark, husband and wife
<br />, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded
<br />in the office ofthe Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #92-110221 on
<br />the 25th day of November, 1992, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bartle,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot One (1), Hidden Lakes Subdivision No.1, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconvcyancc, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 27th day of October, 2005.
