CONSTRUCTION SECURITY AGREEMENT RIDER 200509429 This Construction Security Agreement Rider is made this 2nd day of September 2005 and is incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust, or Security Deed (the Security Instrument) of the same date given by the undersigned (the borrower), to secure Borrower's note to Lincoln Federal Savings Bank of Nebraska (the lender), of the same date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument as: Lot Four (4), Block Two (2), Crane Valley Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and located at: 908 Concord Avenue Grand Island, NE 68803 In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the Security Instrument, borrower and lender further covenant and agree that the Deed of Trust of the same date will, in addition, become a Construction Security Agreement and that it does or will secure an obligation which the borrower has or will incur for the purpose of making an improvement or improvements on the property heretofore described.
