CONSTRUCTION SECURITY AGREEMENT RIDER 200509429 <br />This Construction Security Agreement Rider is made this 2nd day of September 2005 and <br />is incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust, or Security Deed (the Security <br />Instrument) of the same date given by the undersigned (the borrower), to secure Borrower's note to Lincoln Federal Savings <br />Bank of Nebraska (the lender), of the same <br />date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument as: <br />Lot Four (4), Block Two (2), Crane Valley Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />and located at: 908 Concord Avenue Grand Island, NE 68803 <br />In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the Security Instrument, borrower and lender further covenant and <br />agree that the Deed of Trust of the same date will, in addition, become a Construction Security Agreement and that it does or will <br />secure an obligation which the borrower has or will incur for the purpose of making an improvement or improvements on the <br />property heretofore described. <br />By signing below, borrower accepts and agrees to the terms and covenants contained in this Construction Security <br />Agreement Rider. <br />Crane Center, L.L.C., a bras k imited Liability <br />Company <br />(Seal) <br />Borrower Michael D.
