DEED OF RECONVEYANCE UNDER NEBRASKA TRUST DEEDS ACT
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS, the BENEFICIARY has requested, in writing, that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below, in order to comply with the terms of the Nebraska Deed of Trust
<br />entered into between Michael J. Merrill and Tanya E. Merrill, husband and wife, as TRUSTORS, Sherman County
<br />Bank, as TRUSTEE, and Sherman County Bank as BENEFICIARY, dated February 18, 2005 and recorded on March
<br />28, 2005, as Instrument No. 0200502616 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of payment and in accordance with the request of the BENEFICIARY
<br />named therein, the undersigned as TRUSTEE does, by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />TRUSTOR the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16) and Lot Fourteen (14) Excepting a tract of land more particularly described in
<br />Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed recorded July 25, 1979 in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 79-
<br />004761, in Amick Acres, Hall County, Nebraska.
