<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />WESLEY A SMITH AND GLADYS A SMITH, HUSBAND AND WIFE

<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
