<br />TRUSTEE'S PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW AIM, MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by
<br />Larson Construction, inc.
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated March 3,
<br />2003, and recorded March 4, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 0200302598, and which was extended March 29, 2004 and recorded April 1, 2004 as
<br />instrument Number 0200403127, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />rcconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />LOT TEN (10), COUNTRY MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, IN `I'IIE CITY OF GRAND

<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
