<br />The Southerly Fifty -Four and Seven- Tenths (54.7) feet of Lot Four (4), in Block Ten (10),
<br />in Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska

<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.
<br />The foregoing property was acquired by Grantor pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S,C. § 1701 et se q.)
<br />and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C, § 3531).
