DEED OFRECONVEYANCE <br />.S- So <br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Scott K. Kvols, It's authorized officer, Pinnacle Bank as trustee under <br />the Trust Deed dated 10.9 -1996 executed by Lance Hermansen and Scherry Hermansen, husband and wife; as <br />trustors in which Pinnacle Bank Is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and recorded in Document # 96- <br />107999 and etal; in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from Pinnacle Bank, the <br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been <br />fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as <br />trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed, the said bank by <br />and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />entitled thereto, namely Lance Hermansen and Scherry Herman, husband and wife; the estate now held by it <br />thereunder, to -wit: <br />The East 155.22 feet of Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Nelsen 2nd Subdivision to the City of Grand <br />Island, Wall county, Nebraska, commonly known as 2626 West Highway 30. <br />In witness whereof, thejlndersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City, <br />Merrick County, Neb 96ka, on September 15, 2005 <br />PINNACL5BANK <br />By: <br />K. l(vols.)Branch President <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />COUNTY OF MERRICK ) <br />On this 15 of September, 2005 before me, the undersigned a Notary Public in and for said County personally came <br />Scott K.
