<br />consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer, and set
<br />over to U. S. Small Business Administration, its successors and assigns, a certain indenture of

<br />person, in favor of the N raska Economic Development Corporation, Beneficiary, conveying
<br />the following described real estate, to -wit:

<br />note or obligations therein described, without recourse in any event or for any cause.
