The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on March 19,
<br />.1999, as- Instrument No. 99- 102870 in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, by Jennette White,
<br />and Dana Tompkin, both single persons, as Trustors, in which U.S. Bank National Association
<br />ND is named as beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust
<br />property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustors' failure
<br />to make property tax payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of
<br />such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of July 8, 2005, is
<br />in the amount of $54,897.54, plus interest thereafter, and further notified that because of such
<br />default the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
<br />obligations under the Trust Deed. The trust property affected is as follows:
<br />Lot 1, Brooks Subdivision, a Subdivision as Surveyed, Platted
<br />and Recorded in Hall County, Nebraska.
