<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Matthew
<br />E. Richter and Shannon Richter, husband and wife as joint tenants, to EXCHANGE
<br />BANK OF GIBBON, Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK of GIBBON, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated October 24, 2002, and recorded November 7, 2002, in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska Instrument Number
<br />200212280 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Seven (7) and Lot Eight (8), Block Five (5), First addition to Wood River, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, Except a tract of land more particularly described in warranty deed
<br />filed as document No. 93- 104907.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances
<br />belonging to such premises.
