Kivett, fin' S c <br />Attorney at Law, as Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described <br />real property: <br />"Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 22, in Township 11 North, of Range 9, West of the 6th <br />P.M. described as follows: Beginning at a point which lies 425 feet East of a certain other point <br />which lies 33 feet North of a certain other point which lies 33 feet East of the SW corner of said <br />Section 22, running thence North parallel with the East side of the county road 207 feet. Thence <br />East parallel with the South line of said Section 22 100 feet, thence South parallel with the West <br />line of the tract hereby conveyed 207 feet, thence West parallel with the South line of said <br />Section 22 100 feet to the place of beginning" <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on August 28, 2002 as Instrument <br />No. 200209061, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall. County, Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor, Mary Kay Shay a/k/a Mary <br />Kay Donahoo, has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on April 3, 2005 <br />through September 3, 2005, together with interest accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has <br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and <br />payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to <br />satisfy said obligation. <br />Dated this 7'h day of September, 2005. <br />Wchael F.
