<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />By BRIAN D. WEBER AND MAUREEN A. WEBER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS to
<br />BANKFIRST, Trustee for the benefit of BANKFIRST, the beneficiary named therein, dated August
<br />25 2003 and recorded September 2. 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska in Instrument #0200311614. has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed Of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by it's
<br />endorsement below;
