<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the �
<br />Bank, as successor -in- interest to Bank One, National Association, as Trustee for the ACE Securities
<br />Corp., Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2003 -NC1, by and through its loan servicing agent, Litton Loan
<br />Servicing LP, as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against
<br />Darr A. Dockhorn II, as the defendant, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an
<br />accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Darr A. Dockhorn II, a single person, to First
<br />American Title Co., as Trustee, for the benefit of New Century Mortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, to
<br />foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above -named defendant,
<br />to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the
<br />indebtedness secured by such deed of trust including all buildings, structures, improvements, and
<br />attachments located within the above- described real estate permanently affixed to said real estate and
<br />made a permanent part thereof, and to obtain other equitable relief, that such deed of trust is dated June
<br />24, 2003, and was recorded July 3, 2003, as Instrument Number 0200308491 of the Miscellaneous
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot 4, Block 3, LAMBERTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff, by written assignment filed
