That SAMBOY FINANCIAL, INC. subsequently transferred its interest in the above <br />Note and Mortgage /Deed of Trust to MEGO MORTGAGE CORPORATION located at <br />1000 PARKWOOD CIRCLE SUITTE 500, ATLANTA,M GA 30339 by Assignment <br />dated MAY 23, 1997 and recorded on MAY 30, 1997 , Instrument 97- 104198, aforesaid <br />records. <br />5.
