This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this ol`J ` A- day t tk.s t 2005 by <br />and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GkI ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />i r • �Nt_..� i i .r .t , . : - ur .nay <br />hereinafter referred to as `Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT SIXTEEN (16), EAGLE SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated MAY 23. 2003 filed for record on _ MAY 30, 2003 in the <br />office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA as <br />DOCUMENT # 0200306842; <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO SEPTEMBER 1.2011. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
