<br />THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., A Nebraska Iaimited Liability
<br />Company, for and in consideration of TWO HUNDRED FORTY -SEVEN THOUSAND
<br />DOLLARS ($247,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey to JMH
<br />DEVELOPMENT, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Grantee, the following
<br />described real estate in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Sixteen (16), Twenty -Seven (27), Twenty -Eight (28), Twenty -Nine (29), Thirty (30),
<br />Thirty -One (31), Forty-One (41), Forty-Two (42), Forty -Four (44) and Forty-Five (45) in
<br />Country Meadows Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same belonging, and all the
<br />estate, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any part
<br />thereof, subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except as
<br />stated herein;
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
