<br />2001 as Instrument No. 0200108098 the Beneficiary of which Trust
<br />Deed was Mountain West Financial, Inc.; subsequently by reason of
<br />an assignment said Trust Deed was assigned to Washington Mutual
<br />Home Loans, Inc. n /k /a Washington Mutual Bank, FA said assignment
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on August 13, 2001 0200108099; does hereby notify the
<br />above -named persons of a default in said Trust Deed, which Trust
<br />Deed was granted upon the following - described real estate, situated
<br />in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
