<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured of Fifteen thousand two hundred forty dollars ($15,240.00) by the Deed of
<br />Trust executed by TROY L. AND CATHY J. LEHN, a married couple, as Trustor to DOUGLAS R.
<br />WALKER, City Attorney for the City of Grand Island, as Trustee, for the benefit of THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, dated October 15, 1999, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 99- 110163, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the
<br />Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Houghkirk Subdivision to the City Of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, Hall County, excepting therefrom a tract of land described
<br />in warranty deed recorded as Document No. 95- 102886,
