<br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Beverly J. Swanson,
<br />a single person, does hereby grant, sell, transfer, and assign unto Wells Fargo Bank
<br />Nebraska, N.A., as Trustee of the Beverly Swanson Revocable Living Trust, the
<br />following property:
<br />A. All of my lease rights under the Lease dated the 13th day of October, 1989,
<br />wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. was the Lessor and Peter W. Swanson and Beverly
<br />J. Swanson, husband and wife, were the Lessee, and pertaining to:
<br />Lot Twenty -Nine (29), with a Lake Front footage of Ninety -Three (93)
<br />feet on the Westerly side of the Westerly portion of Kuester's Lake, being
<br />on part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E 1 /2SW 1 /4) of
<br />Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (1 1) North, Range Nine (9) West
<br />of the 6`" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the Lessor.
<br />B. All improvements on said above - described premises.
<br />C. 11'Ji -v c.ther personal property situated on or about the improvements on said
<br />premises.
<br />D. Stock Certificate No. 70 for 279 shares of the common stock of Kuester
<br />Lake, Inc.
<br />I warrant that I am the owner of the above - described property, improvements
<br />and personal property on the above- described premises; that I am entitled to sell the
<br />same; that said property is free of all liens and encumbrances; and that I will warrant
<br />and defend the title to said property against the claims of any other persons
<br />whomsoever.
