<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of "Trust executed by Crary 1-.:.
<br />Valasek and Mary G. Valasek, Husband and Wife, to TierOne Bank, successor to l)nited Nebraska Bank
<br />(by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated January 14, 2003, and recorded January 15, 2003 and
<br />January 30, 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in records as
<br />Instruments No. 0200300605 and No. 200301169, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby
<br />request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
