<br />Nebraska limited liability company, Assignor, does hereby assign to
<br />Home Federal Savings & Loan Association, Assignee, as additional
<br />security for repayment of a loan, all of Assignor's right, title
<br />and interest in the Deed of Trust in which J &B Rentals, L.L.C., is
<br />named Beneficiary, Jaime Avila Gutierrez and Ermila Avila, husband
<br />and wife, are named Trustors, and Ronald S. Depue is named Trustee,
<br />which Deed of Trust was filed of record on q tcSf 315t - 2005,
<br />as Document No. _leas p &S-5 `7 in the Recor s of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, pertaining to the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />The Westerly 50 Feet of Lot Two ( 2) , Block Seven ( 7) ,
<br />Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />It is understood that if Assignor pays the indebtedness which
<br />Assignor owes to the Assignee, that the Assignment and said
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust referred to herein will
<br />hereafter be null and void and of no further force and effect.
