<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., (hereinafter called "Grantor "), in consideration
<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: Danny D. Harkins, a married person, (hereinafter called "Grantee "), whether one or more, the following
<br />described property described as follows:
<br />Lot Three (3), Block Forty -Three (43), in Charles Wasmer's Second Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />NOTE: This deed is not effective until
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.
<br />The foregoing property was acquired by Grantor pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. § 1701 et seq.)
<br />and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C, § 3531).
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has set his /her hand and seal as a principal and /or officer of Best - Assets, Inc.,
<br />Management and Marketing contractor of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, for and on behalf of the
