:rQ) <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />This License Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "Licensor" and CHELSEA <br />SQUARE DEVELOPMENT, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, hereinafter referred <br />to as the "Licensee." <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br />forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and <br />utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon an easement held by the <br />Licensor: <br />Installation, maintenance and repair of two (2) ground signs in the City's <br />easement. One sign to be located approximately thirty nine (39.0) feet north of the <br />south property line and the second sign to be located approximately thirty nine <br />(39.0) feet south of the north property lie at 624 North Webb Road in Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, as shown on the attached drawings. Signs will extend a <br />maximum of five (5.0) feet into the easement. Said signs shall conform with all <br />other provisions of the Grand Island City Code. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE.
