<br />I, Lorena Johnson, a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, State of Nebraska, desiring to
<br />establish a power of attorney to commence upon the execution of this instrument, do
<br />hereby appoint, constitute, and designate my son, Lee Kennon Johnson, of Omaha,
<br />Douglas County, State of Nebraska, as my lawful and true agent and attorney -in -fact and
<br />in my name and stead and to my use, taking effect immediately and continuing in effect
<br />during any period of my disability, and remaining in effect for the entire period of any
<br />such disability, to execute, deliver or otherwise give legal effect to any document,
<br />instrument or other paper, to transfer personal and real property or any interest therein
<br />wherever located, to make any decision or take any action without restriction as I might
<br />do in person, to ask, demand, sue for, collect, and receive all sums of money, claims,
<br />dividends, interest, payments on account of debts and legacies, and all property now due
<br />or which may hereafter become due and owing to me, 1:o transfer assets from my estate as
<br />gifts, to receive gifts on my behalf, to do business with banks, and particularly to endorse
<br />all checks and drafts made payable to my order and collect to proceeds, to sign in my
<br />name checks on all accounts standing in my name, and to withdraw funds from said
<br />accounts, to invest my assets in securities or to engage a broker to do so, to gain access to
<br />safety deposit boxes in my name, and to remove any property from said boxes if he
<br />thinks such removal proper or appropriate, and otherwise to exercise all authority and
<br />power to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever necessary to fulfill the
<br />intents and purposes of this power of attorney, with full power of substitution and
<br />revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that he may do pursuant to this power.
