<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust
<br />dated October 20, 2003, executed by LISKE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC, a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was recorded on October 21, 2003, as
<br />Instrument No. 200313954, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., Beneficiary,
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />Lot Nineteen (19), in Country Meadows Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such (rust
<br />Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this day of August, 2005.
