CORRECTIVE <br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION <br />BY <br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE <br />Rodney L. Resh, Personal Representative of the Estate of <br />Mildred L. Resh, Deceased, pursuant to appointment by the County <br />Court of Buffalo County, Nebraska, GRANTOR, conveys and releases <br />to GRANTEE, <br />RODNEY L. RESH, an individual <br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. <br />Stat. 76 -201): <br />The West Half Southwest Quarter of Section 5, and East <br />Half Southeast Quarter of Section 6 EXCEPT a tract of <br />land comprising a part of said East Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 9 North, Range <br />12 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as following: Beginning at a <br />point on the east line of said East Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter said point being 370 feet south of <br />the Northeast corner of said East Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter; thence deflecting right 89° 07' and running <br />Westerly a distance of 302.12 feet; thence deflecting <br />left 79° 51' and running Southwesterly a distance of <br />298.73 feet; thence deflecting left 32° 21' and running <br />southeasterly a distance of 124.04 feet; thence <br />deflecting left 65° 36' and running easterly a distance <br />of 301.34 feet to a point on the east line of East Half <br />of the Southeast Quarter; thence running north along <br />the east line of said East Half Southeast Quarter a <br />distance of 420.45 feet to the point of beginning and <br />containing 3.1 acres, more or less, All in Township 9 <br />North, Range 12 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person <br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate. <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR have legal power and <br />lawful authority to convey and release the same. <br />Executed: a. 2005. <br />ESTATE OF MILDRED L.
