The legal description of such real estate, which is designated as homestead, is as follows: The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S 112 NW 114) of Section Twenty-Seven (27), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West to the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. I reside in a dwelling house located upon the homestead. All appurtenances to such dwelling, an adequate supply of potable water and an adequate system of sewage disposal exist upon the homestead. Both the water supply and the sewage disposal system are located entirely upon the homestead and neither will require access to or an easement across any part of the nondesignated agricultural land encumbered by such mortgage or trust deed. Both the homestead and the nonhomestead real estate encumbered by such mortgage or trust deed have existing legal access to a public roadway. All structures and other improvements situated on the portion of the homestead encumbered by such mortgage or trust deed are listed below.
