<br />Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Q'
<br />Deed of Trust being dated 16th day of April, 1992 and recorded in the office of the
<br />County Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on April 23, 1992, as instrument
<br />#92- 103452, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
<br />and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the
<br />following described premises, to -wit:

<br />Tract No. 2: That portion of the East Half of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />of the Southeast Quarter (E1 /2 E1/2 NE1 /4 SE1 /4) of Section Twenty Seven (27),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, lying South of the County Road.
<br />TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as
<br />belonging to such premises.
