<br />dated February 13, 2004, executed by KEVIN WOODWARD CONSTRUCTION & CLJSTOM
<br />RENOVATIONS, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, in which THE MEADOWS
<br />APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C,., is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />Deed was recorded on February 13, 2004, as Instrument No. 200401319, in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island, Mall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., Beneficiary,
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />Lot Three (3), Country Meadows Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
