<br />REVOCABLE TRUST, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar
<br />($1.00) and other valuable consideration, received from GRANTEE, and conveys to
<br />GRANTEE, MARLIN C. SUCK, a single person, the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section Thirty -four (34), Township Nine (9)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) and Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) of the county
<br />Subdivision of Lots Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5) and of the South Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (S1 /2SW1/4) all lying South of the South channel of the Platte
<br />River on the mainland in Section Twenty -Five (25), Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances subject
<br />to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
