<br />transfers, assigns and conveys, without recourse, or any representation, or warranty, express or implied, J�
<br />unto CADLEWAY PROPERTIES, INC. a Texas corporation located at 100 North Center Street, Newtorl -�
<br />Falls, Ohio 44444 (hereinafter the "Assignee "), all of Assignor's right, title and interest, powers and options
<br />in, if any, to and under the within described certain Deed of Trust, between John Green Sr. as Borrower and
<br />Dollar Mortgage Corporation as Lender, dated December 20, 1999 and recorded on January 27, 2000 with
<br />the Hall County Register of Deeds, Nebraska under Instrument 0200000741. Said property is more
<br />commonly known as 903 South Pine Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801. Said property is more
<br />particularly described on the attached Exhibit A.
