EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 19"' day of August, 2005, by and
<br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and
<br />James P. Masat and Carolyn. A. Masat, husband and wife and Stella M. Levea, a single person
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ".
<br />WITNESSETII:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust /Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />LOT TI IREE (3), COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND SUBDIVISION IN THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL, COUNTY NEBRASKA, AND THE EAST FIFTY
<br />FEET (E 50') OF LOT TWO (2) AND THE NORTHEAST 62.65 FEET OF LOT FOUR (4),
<br />COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, MALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, TOGETHER WITH 'THF, TRACT OF'
<br />LAND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THAT PART OF FRONTAGE ROAD IN
<br />COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND SUBDIVISION, VACATED BY
<br />ORDINANCE NO. 6450, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS THAT PART OF
<br />FRONTAGF, ROAD ABUTTING UPON 'TI IF EAST 50 FEET, OF 15.240 METERS, OF
<br />LOT 2 AND ALL OF LOT 3, COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND
<br />SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />which Deed of Trust /Mortgage was dated. June 23, 1999, and filed for record on .tune 24, 1999, In the
<br />office of the HALL, COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA as
<br />Instrument No. 99- 106352
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust /Mortgage had a stated maturity date of July 5 2000.
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust /Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust /Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DAT-L : —The stated maturity of4he above - described Deed of Trust /Mortgage
<br />is hereby extended to August 5, 2015.
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above- described
<br />Decd of Trust /Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the
<br />date first noted above.
