<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JANE L. WATSON and
<br />JEROME J. WATSON, wife and husband and DEBRA A. BALDWIN -BETTY and KEVIN E.
<br />BETTY, wife and husband, as Trustor, to CATHLEEN H. ALLEN, Attorney at Law, as Trustee
<br />and JACK D. O'HARA and DEANNE L. O'HARA, husband and wife, as Beneficiary, executed
<br />April 30, 2002, and recorded on May 8, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200205000, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee conveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
