<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHERAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed, BANK OF DONIPHAN,TRUSTEE
<br />for the benefit of ROBERT L. & BETTY J. SIEMERS PRAIRIE CREEK AUTOS SALES the BENEFICIARY named
