<br />I. The real estate being or intended to be improved or directly benefitted is that real estate
<br />more particularly described as Lot 32 Grand West Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />b. The address of contracting owner is: 540 East Capital, Grand Island, NE 68801.
<br />C. The interest of the contracting owner in the real estate is: fee simple ownership.
<br />d. The name and address of the fee simple title holders, if other than the contracting
<br />owner, are: Not Applicable.
<br />3. If, after this Notice of Commencement is recorded, a lien is recorded as to an
<br />improvement covered by this Notice of Commencement, the lien has priority from the time this
<br />Notice of Commencement is recorded.
<br />4. The duration of this Notice of Commencement is one year from date of recording.
