<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Deed of crust dated July 24, 2002, and filed July 24, 2002, as
<br />Instrument Number 0200207672, of the Mortgage records of WALL County, Nebraska naming LUE J ALLAN JR AND
<br />MARGARET V ALLAN as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as
<br />original Trustee in consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and
