Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, <br />of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee <br />under the Deed of Trust executed by MICHAEL L DICKINSON AND TERRI J DICKINSON, <br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, formerly known as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, <br />Attorney, as Trustee, dated SEPTEMBER 30, 1999, and recorded _OCTOBER 1, 1999, in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument <br />No. 99 109697 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by MICHAEL L DICKINSON AND TERRI J DICKINSON HUSBAND AND WIFE, as <br />trustor, to Earl D.
