<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Timothy A.
<br />Perling_er, A Single Person, Trustor to State Bank of Riverdale as Trustee for the benefit of State Bank of
<br />Riverdale the beneficiary named therein, dated August 5. 2002 and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as instrument number 0200208352 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee
<br />be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as trustee, does hereby grand without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed
