<br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: 200508163
<br />Epifanio Sanchez and Ofelia Sanchez, Husband and Wife are the Grantors /Trustors, U.S. Bank
<br />National Association is the Trustee, and U.S. Bank National Association, ND, is the Beneficiary under that
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated November 13, 1998 and recorded on November 20, 1998, as Instrument No. 98-
<br />111408 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County in the State of Nebraska. The trust property affected is legally
<br />described as follows:
<br />Lot 3, Block 32, Original Town, New City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The undersigned, who is the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, desires to appoint a new
<br />Trustee in place and stead of the Trustee named above;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in view of the premises, the undersigned hereby appoints: JERRY J. SENA, a
<br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, whose address is 1246 Golden Gate Drive, Ste 41, Papillion, NE
<br />68046 as Successor Trustee under said Deed of Trust. He to have all the powers of said original Trustee,
<br />effective forthwith. Where Co- Trustees are appointed each shall have all the powers of said original Trustee and
<br />each shall be authorized to act severally.
